The Last Refuge (1890-1915) Theodore Roosevelt uses the presidential powers of the Antiquities Act to add national monuments and the Grand Canyon and declares the ultimate purpose of the National Parks: “For the Benefit and Enjoyment of the People.”
Masks are required to be worn inside the visitor center and auditorium, and throughout the film showings, regardless of vaccination status. Auditorium seating will be limited to meet current National Park Service capacity limits and to maintain distance between groups. The festival is co-sponsored by Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Due to reduced seating, reservations are required and may be made up to one week in advance by calling Salt Pond Visitor Center at 508-255-3421, ext. 0. FREE.
