This talented group of Wellfleet-based musicians are husband and wife duo Jim Rohrer and Katie Hickey (along with amazing violinist Alice Malone). They perform traditional and contemporary acoustic music with roots in old-time country, Southern gospel, and bluegrass.

Katie and Jim’s musical partnership goes back to the 1980s and their days together in the Boston area bluegrass scene. Their close harmony singing is supported by Jim’s guitar, mandolin, and banjo playing, and by Alice’s violin accompaniment.

Weekly, Tuesday evening programs at Salt Pond Visitor Center are free and sponsored by Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Held at the Salt Pond Amphitheater, bench and lawn seating are available, picnicking is welcome, and bug spray is suggested.
